Preliminary hearing was scheduled for murder suspect Connor Whited today. It was continued to February 16 due to courtroom availability and because Whited did not waive his right to a continuous preliminary hearing.
Criminal proceedings were reinstated on December 17 after restoration of competency.
Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Whited's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal was present for the People.
