Lincoln Project co-founder outed, denies other smears by "Donald Trump enablers"

 

John Weaver,co-founder of the Lincoln Project, issued a statement apologizing for "inappropriate" messages he sent to other men. Weaver acknowledges he is gay but married with a wife and two children. He denies "the other smears being leveled at me by Donald Trump enablers."

Weaver was an adviser to leading Republicans including John McCain and John Kasich.
