From my past experience, I either don't hear back from Sean Quincey at all or it takes months and I still don't neccesarily have my question answered.

I sent the following comment from a reader to First District Supervisor Rex Bohn, County PIO Sean Quincey and Humboldt CAO Amy Nilsen.

"John Chiv You need to look into how much Frankovich has gotten paid these last 4 months . I have it on great authority one month she made over $36000.00 dollars for over 250 hours overtime."

I also had a second person tell me I am on the right track about Dr. Teresa Frankovich.

The County can release this information to all media.
Wouldn't be the first time I asked for information from my tip and my work and  I should have received information first but Sean chose to also release it to  other local media.

I think the public should know this information.

So to the rest of the local media that has been aroumd for decades and constantly pats themselves on the back, let's see if you do real investigative reporting. Will you inform the public or will you chose to look the other way like usual and get rewarded to be panelists and not question anything involving some of your former media colleagues and buddies who now work as County PIOs and are part of the Joint Information Center.

The only one I think who deserves to be paid and twice as much is HCSO PIO Samantha Karges. She is professional, hardworking and provides accurate and helpful information. Her COVID 19 videos are a great source of information.
