On the agenda, it says recommendation but he was already placed on administrative leave. I have requested a copy of his resignation letter and/or reason for resignation.
Acting Manager Pam Powell has been in meetings this morning. She is checking with City Attorney Bob Black to see if there is a letter from Mr. Lotter.
