Aaron Hungerford resolves remaining DUI cases with three years probation
Aaron Hungerford resolved his remaining two 2019 cases today. Both were misdemeanor DUIs. In one case, Hungerford admitted to a violation of probation. In the other case, he pleaded guilty to Count 1 VC 23152 (a), admitted a prior and the special allegation for BAC. He was sentenced to three years probation.
Hungerford doesn't own a vehicle. If he drives again, he needs to install an ignition interlock device and complete a multiple offender program.
Deputy Public Defender Jennie Stepanian is Hungerford's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Andy Truitt was present for the People.
