Paul Van Haute from Georgia was one of the candidates for Eureka City Manager. It was not a good sign that he did was not there at 11:15 yesterday. I was there when Irina from HueLife tried calling him. Van Haute did not answer.
I waited until today to see why. Van Haute sent the plane ticket provided for him back to the City. No explaination why he did not show up.
