"It is through his relationship with Angela that the defendant gained access to the children he ultimately preyed upon."

"This case has asked everyone to go back 14 years," is how Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads started her closing argument (around 11:17 a.m.). She said 2005 was the "beginning of relationships defendant took advantage of."

"It is through his relationship with Angela that the defendant gained access to the children he ultimately preyed upon."

Ms. Eads repeated the same phrase she used during opening statement about this case being about relationships and Fisher's abuse of authority, people he had control of and his alleged victims having to submit.

Most people have followed this case and are familiar with the testimony and the specifics of the alleged incidents. Most of you are familiar with many legal concepts through the cases; specifically the numerous sexual abuse cases I have covered so I am not going to cover those portions of Ms. Ead's arguments.
