"I don't remember him assaulting anyone, sexually or otherwise"

After Judge Timothy Canning  gave a jury instruction to the jurors in the Cory Fisher case to consider an interview of William Seymore by HCSO Detective Jennifer Turner as evidence, jurors watched a video.

Seymore was in the neighboring cell and did not hear Cory Fisher telling anyone to calm down, call code. This is the alleged taser incident and forced oral copulation.

"I don't remember him assaulting anyone, sexually or otherwise," said Seymore.

Judge Canning said Seymore was subpoenaed and that he failed to appear for unknown reason.

Jail log indicates that Seymore was released on OR on March 31.

After introducing some exhibits, the defense rested their case. People did not recall anyone.

Jury instruction are expected to be given when court resumes at 10:35 a.m. followed by closing arguments.
