Detainer on three men arrested by FBI, charge is robbery affecting interstate commerce

Jail reports lists FBI as the arresting agency for Evgeni Kopankov, Emanoel Borisov and Paul Brooks. The code next to their arrest is robbery affecting interstate commerce.

All three men are still in custody because there is a no bond /detainer on all three by the U.S. Marshall's office. All this is public information or can be researched via the internet.
