Since January 10, count how many times Markis Shirley has been arrested and he keeps getting released each time and still has a plea scheduled on February 14


Markis Shirley arrested February 10 by Eureka Police Department and booked for PC3000.08(c) violation of parole and  HS11550(a) under the influence of a controlled substance. He has a plea scheduled on February 14.



No wonder he laughs in court. Since January 10, he has been arrested at least three times and he keeps getting released.

    Hmmmm.... let's see, what happens when he kills someone, oh oh I know, the defense will be MENTAL ILLNESS because, habitual drug abuse is obviously a mental illness. LOCK HIM UP. Violation of parole is is meant to be a deterrent to Crime there for sending one back to jail.
