Further trial confirmation was scheduled for former correctional deputy Cory Fisher on January 16. Jury trial scheduled for January 22 will be reset. The January 22 date is still on calendar to order witnesses back.
The jury trial is scheduled for February 4.
Expert report and Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads currently being in trial are two reasons for continuance. Expert report may cause a delay.
Judge Timothy Canning assigned to the case. Deadline to submit long questionnaire is January 25.
