The defense has not given the expert report to the People, there are scheduling issues and Cory Fisher refuses to enter a 60 day time waiver so trial assignment, review of jury questionnaire has been put over to January 25.
The February 4 jury trial has been vacated. Jury trial now set for February 1, when the 10th day time waiver runs out. The expert report is expected to be provided to People this week. People need to receive it before they can give input.
Witnesses were supposed to be ordered back on January 22 for former correctional deputy Cory Fisher's jury trial.
Two witnesses,Quentin Williams and John Wayne William were not in court, they maybe in custody so once that is verified they will be ordered to appear.
