After intervention today for Justin Strauhal, bail was raised to 6.75 million.
Preliminary hearing for January 14 was vacated and reset to February 13 due to outstanding discovery. Intervention is on February 7.
Strauhal entered a 10 day waiver in his Humboldt County case. According to PC 1389, he also entered a waiver for his Oregon case.
