Preliminary hearing was scheduled for carjacking Nicholas Savieo on October 3. Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee requested a motion to continue. That motion was granted by Judge Kelly Neel.
Intervention is now scheduled for December 5. Preliminary hearing for December 12.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling.
