Mexican citizen Hugo Parral-Aguirre is charged with additional counts. Arraignment on information for his jury trial was scheduled for this morning.
Not guilty pleas entered. Setting for future dates scheduled for August 9.
Deputy District Attorney Josh Rosenfeld is prosecuting the case. Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell is representing Aguirre. Certified court interpreter Ariana Rayburn has been present at every court hearing to translate for Aguirre.
