Signs do not require breaks; signholders do

Only evidence someone maybe holding the sign is a plastic spoon, on the towel under the rock. Still no one there at 11:45. At 1:30 the sign was gone.

    I've seen that stuck in the lawn on weekends. Obviously who ever had it printed doesn't know the definition of a Kangaroo Court. It's really quite stupid.
