Hailey Lamb next candidate for Eureka City Council Ward 1?

She hasn't filed papers or taken papers out yet but Hailey Lamb has been gathering information about running for Ward 1.

This is her facebook profile. She is HCSO Deputy Charlie Lamb's daughter. She has a photo with Ward 1 candidate Anthony Mantova and a photo with Heidi Messner, one of the candidates for Eureka Mayor. Is she going to be the fourth candidate for Ward 1?
