Samantha Alonso Luna, was arrested on June 16 following an altercation with a UPD officer. She was booked on suspicion of resisting arrest, battery on a peace officer, public intoxication, and providing false identification to a police officer."
I checked today with the D.A. s office. No charges have been filed yet, the case is in "pending" status.
