Intervention was scheduled for Salina Vandeerwaal's grand theft by embezzlement case on July 23. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 25 was vacated; instead Vanderwaal is expected to enter a change of plea on that day.
Vanderwaal entered her conditional plea in Courtroom 2 in front of Judge Graham A. Cribbs. Vanderwaal pleaded guilty to Count 1 as charged. Sentencing is set for September 10. No opposition to probation.
