Last seen Lst toward 12th very near police station. Police checked hospital to see if someone was brought in; negative.
Updated truck description: White Ford 150 with canopy two wheel drive
BOLO from CHP: the driver is described as an old male with gray hair and a beard and there was a male in the back of the truck screaming for help. BOLO was cancelled a few minutes later.
The reporting party called in a kidnapping; it ended being an incident with an injured dog. The blood was from the dog.
Poor Baby dog!!! I hope it is ok
