Intervention was scheduled for Gary Cudney tomorrow. Cudney is charged with the death of Dirty Dave.
That hearing and the preliminary hearing for July 31 was vacated today. Intervention rescheduled for September 24. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 26.
A motion to continue the preliminary hearing filed by the defense on 7/23 was granted. There was no objection by the District Attorney. Mr. Manny Daskal is representing Cudney. Deputy District Attorney Stephen Pomeroy was present for the People.
