Trial setting for Mark Dare's preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 16. It was continued to August 6 at defense's request. Dare is charged with molesting his own stedaughters.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is prosecuting the case. Public Defender Marek Reavis is representing Dare.
