Two arrests, within hours, as HCSO says, "no excuses" Sarah Michelle Kitchen

Sarah Michelle Kitchen arrested by Eureka Police Department on Friday, July 20 at 7:15 on an arrest warrant for PC 594 (b) (2) (a). known as mailcious mischief or vandalism.

Booked and released for that misdemeanor on OR at 8:13 p.m. Arrested again, Friday, July 20 by EPD for PC 422, criminal threats and PC166 (a) (4) at 9:43 p.m. Bail at booking was $50,000.

Samantha Luna is listed as  Kitchen's Facebook friend.

PC 594 (b) (2) (a):

"The amount of defacement, damage, or destruction is less than four hundred dollars ($400), vandalism is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment.
