Intervention and a motion to continue was scheduled on July 23 for murder suspect Richard Dean's case. Motion to continue Dean's preliminary hearing scheduled for July 24 was granted. No objection by District Attorney.
Intervention rescheduled for August 22. Preliminary rescheduled for August 27.
