J. D. Grow's trial setting was scheduled for July 24. It was continued to July 25 because Grow's attorney had not met with the defense investigator to see the status of a firearm expert report.
Count 1 is PC 288 (c) 1. Lewd act upon a child.
Counts 2-5 PC 30600 Manufacture/Assault Weapon
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is representing Grow.
Update: On 7/25, setting was continued to August 15 to give the defense expert time to prepare a report.
