Brock Turner's attorney wants his 2016 conviction overturned claiming Turner wanted "outercourse"


Brock Turner is appealing his 2016 conviction of sexual assault.



Turner's lawyer told three apellate court Judges that evidence against Turner was largely circumstantial. He said that Turner was fully clothed when two graduate students found Turner and Emily Doe and that Turner had no intent to commit rape.



Turner's lawyer  used his own term for sexual gratification with clothes on ; "outercourse."
