Law enforcement outside Bear River casino getting ready to detain father and son ; Michigan Marshall contacted

Scanner tip:  "Large law enforcement at Bear River Casino  Father and son suspects.  Law enforcement setting up to get them when they leave the casino.  Don't want to take them inside beause they are not sure if they have weapons or not. Marshall in Michigan being contacted for clearance."

Five people named on scanner and according to a tip. Two names mentioned as being detained were Mike McHenry and Mike McHenry Jr.

HCSO PIO Samantha Karges confirmed that HCSO is out there and five people detained. HCSO did not confirm any names.

At 4:41, Ms. Karges emailed me, "I just wanted to give you an update on the incident this afternoon at the Bear River Casino.

We did not make any arrests, so at this time we will not be issuing a press release."
