EPD responding to report of man acting strange at Applebees after locking himself in the bathroom

EPD responding to reports of a man, who locked himself in the bathroom at Applebees. Then came out, sat in a booth.

Odd behavior just resulted in one of those scanner traffic calls of much ado about nothing, well for Humboldt.
