Sohum upskirting suspect yet to appear in court, even once, defense to file the nth motion to continue jury trial

Trial confirmation for David Nunez, the Sohum upskirting suspect, was scheduled for this afternoon at 1:30 in Courtroom 5.

Ms. Kathleen Bryson made a special appearance for Nunez's attorney. She asked for a further date on 6/14 when Mr. William Dubois will be in town. Mr. Dubois plans  file a motion to continue the trial date.

The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes. Nunez is represented by Mr. William Du Bois.

Sohum upskirting suspect case finally gets scheduled for jury trial in June

After numerous continuances and delays, Sohum upskirting suspect David Nunez's case is finally set for jury trial.

Trial setting was yesterday. Trial confirmation is June 7 at 1:30 p.m and Jury trial is scheduled for June 19 at 9:45 a.m.
