Pa Cheng had two 2024 cases. One was a pandering case which was dismissed by the People on 6/27. She pleaded guilty to Count 1 in her drug case. Special allegation for Count 1 was stricken. Sentencing is on 9/24.
Deputy District Ian Harris is the prosecutor. Ms Rebecca Linkous is Cheng's attorney.
9/17/25: Ms. Rebecca Linkous withdraws motion to continue sentencing on 9/24. That date vacated. According to court minutes, Deputy DA Ian Harris requests continuance to 12/16 "regarding potential agreement."
