In June 2025, I reported on Adrian Lee Curtis' arrest by Eureka Police Department for for PC 422(a) criminal threats and PC 273.5(a) corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant more commonly known as domestic violence.

Curtis was arrested by EPD again yesterday for PC 422(a) criminal threats, PC 273.5(a) corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and PC 245(a)(1) assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.
Another repeat offender on the daily jail log taking up jail space, clogging the court system and wasting law enforcement time because of California soft on crime laws and California Governor Gavin Newsom closing down prisons.
7/31/25: Arraigned on Count 1 PC 422 criminal threats and Count 2 PC 245 (a) (1) assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm; a meat cleaver. Visiting Judge Ksenia Tsenin appointed Conflict Counsel; bail is $35,000. Criminal protective order served in court. OR bail on 8/4; preliminary hearing 8/12.
8/4/25: Supervised release granted by Visiting Judge Ksenia Tsenin.
8/12/25: Preliminary hearing continued to 10/8/24 for in CR2501512 and CR2501385.
10/8/25: Failed to appear. Bench warrant for $50,000 issuued by Retired Judge John Feeney.
