Yesterday, Emmanuel Arcangel Moya-Rodriguez had a preliminary hearing scheduled in his 2025 case. Instead he entered a guilty plea to Count 1 PC 288.4 arranging a meeting with a minor for lewd purposes. Count 2 and 3, also sex crimes were dismissed. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moya-Rodriguez' attorney.
Sentencing is on 7/23/25.
