Humboldt County plans to purchase 515 J street which is co-owned by Larry Doss and Jon Stone

 

I did this post in November 2023. The 515 property is co-owned by Larry Doss and Jon Stone who also own the Ming Tree building at 509 J street. The plan a couple of years ago to rent the top floor of the Ming Tree building did not pan out; it is now the new location of NorthCoast Journal offices.

On this Tuesday's Board of Supervisor's meeting, there is an agenda item "notice of intention" for the County to purchase the 515 J street property. Humboldt County Conflict Counsel is located at 515 J street.
