Salvador Gomez was booked into the Humboldt County jail on a bench warrant. He has two criminal cases and failed to appear in court. Gomez also has a traffic case in which there is a bail forfeiture and sent to collections.
7/8/25: Arraigned in CR2402824 and CR2103932. Public Defender appointed. In CR2402824, bail set at $300,000 by Retired Judge Christopher Wilson. OR bail on 7/10; preliminary hearing 7/18. In CR2103932, bail $5,000. OR bail on 7/10; pre trial on 7/18.
7/10/25: Judge Kaleb Cockrum denied supervised release; custody status changed to no bail; bail at booking was $300,000.
7/18/25: Preliminary hearing in 2024 case
continued defense to 8/29. 2021 case is trailing.
8/29/25: Preliminary hearing in CR2402824 continued to 11/18 by defense. CR2103932 is trailing.
11/18/25: Motion to continue preliminary hearing in CR2402824 by DA granted; preliminary hearing continued to 1/8/26. CR2103932 continues to trail.
