In her criminal cases, Analia Martinez on paper shows complied; in her family law case, the battle of filings include a motion by her ex claiming Martinez is a vexatious litigant

Analia Martinez's three cases CR2402981+ CR2301505 + CR2303506 were on calendar on 7/21/25 for another review hearing on mental health diversion.

This is the second case on calendar today in which a defendant was granted mental health diversion. The other case is for Daniel Epperson who was arrested 6/4/25. Both are repeat offenders.

In all three cases : CR2303506, CR2402981 and CR2301505 petition for mental health  diversion was granted by Judge Kaleb Cockrum on3/24/25. There was a review hearing on 5/19/25; final hearing previously scheduled on 9/21/26 is no longer listed with no information and replaced with today's hearing. That was this morning.

This afternoon, court minutes say Martinez is in compliance. There is another hearing on 9/29/25 and final hearing on 9/21/26.

There is no reason for me to follow review hearings for repeat offenders and cases that drag on for years that I have covered regularly unless there is a development.

Martinez was cited on 4/14/25 by CHP for a traffic case and cited on 2/5/25 for another traffic case.

She also has a family law case. There is some overlap with the criminal cases. Like any other case, the family law case is contentious. I wanted to include a recent filing by Martinez in which she targets her ex Alex Wycoff's current partner Amber Wycoff; unfortunately there is the name of the minor child several times and details about the child. There was a motion heard on 7/11/25 to declare mother, Analia Martinez, as a vexatious litigant. Judge Timothy Canning has taken the matter under submission. I will add Judge Canning's ruling to this post. Dates in the family law case are scheduled up to 2027.
