Analia Martinez arrested again for violation of a restraining order and two counts of probation violation

 


Analia Soledad Martinez was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 273. 6 (a) violation of a restraining order and two counts of probation violation. She is on a no bail hold. There are two restraining orders that I know of, one protected party is her ex and the other a local lawyer. This latest arrest for violation of protective order was not for her ex. I believe this arrest maybe a new development. I will be updating this post.

This time the Humboldt judge who presides over her next hearing needs to stop listening to whichever public defender appears on her case and her enabling supporters and send a message to Analia that her multiple violations will not be tolerated. If you have been following my coverage since 2023, she has wasted law enforcement resources because there are no consequences and you should read what the alleged victims have gone through.

I have reported on Analia and her multiple arrests and numerous violations of protective orders. She needs to stay in custody until her jury trial has concluded.  There is a trial confirmation scheduled for 10/30 and jury trial on 11/12 in her criminal case. Analia also has a family law case which is not something I am following or covering unless it is relevant to her criminal cases. On October 8, there is a hearing to renew a restraining order in her family law case. I will add an update.
