James Mason was sentenced but this is another case with a mixed verdict and hung jury on aggravating factors that the DA could have resolved with a plea and not wasted court time and resources

After a mixed verdict and hung jury on aggravating factors, on 10/3, Mason was sentenced by Judge Lawrence Killoran in CR2401239 to  two years in prison, in CR2401209 11 years in prison and 360 days with credit for time served in CR2400742.  CR2400840, the petty theft case was trailing and was dismissed. More details in court minutes.

Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers is the prosecutor. Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Mason's attorney.
