After a hung jury for Shane Campbell aka Juggalo aka Little Red's, his three cases have finally resolved with different outcomes.
Shane Campbell had three cases. In CR2400817 jury trial was trailing day to day since 9/23. On 9/30 he entered a plea & was sentenced. In CR2402259, the case was dismissed . In CR2303476, diversion was granted. In that case, there is a 18 month final hearing on diversion on 3/2/26. More details on each case are available in court minutes.
Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is the prosecutor. Deputy Public Defender David Nims is Campbell's attorney.
