Ryan Ray was arrested in July 2024 for VC23152 (a) DUI and VC 23152(b) BAC over legal limit. He was released on OR. The DA finally filed charges on 9/19/24. I have been so busy that I have not had a chance to do this post until today.
Arraignment is on 10/23. The DA has charged Ray with two misdemeanor counts Count 1 VC23152 (a) and Count 2 VC23152 (b).
This is a standard DUI case and a misdemeanor case. This is not a hit and run, there is no property damage and no alleged victims.
With my schedule getting busier, the challenges with booking photos, I am making changes in how I follow cases and what cases get regular updates and what cases get in depth reporting. I provide enough information about a case in initial reporting which is still time consuming and people can follow up on their own or people can subscribe or pay for one on one updates.
