Local attorney Callie Buck's husband arrested for domestic violence

"Kyle Eugene Harrison who got arrested on Saturday for DV is Callie Buck's husband. Makes you wonder if the times she was arrested if she was defending herself. I personally saw her injuries this time."

The jail log confirms Kyle Eugene Harrison was arrested on October 5 by HCSO for PC 273.5 (a) corporal injury to a spouse and cohabitant and posted bond. Since he is out of custody, the DA has time to review and decide if charges will be filed.

I checked court records. There is a family law case and the two parties are Kyle Eugene Harrison and Callie Buck. On 8/16/24, Harrison and Buck did not show up for court and the matter was dropped. There was no proof of service filed on that day. On 10/4, there was a proof of service filed. There is a hearing scheduled in that case today for a petition filed by Harrison asking for Buck to be restrained. am not interested in covering their family law case. Even if charges are filed against Harrison, he is one of thousands of arrests and I have plenty of cases I follow regularly which have priority.

There are four criminal cases in e court for Harrison. The last one was from 2014. Some convictions, some dismissals.

Most of my regular readers followed by coverage of local attorney Callie Buck's cases. In September, she resolved three of her criminal cases. In August, I reported the civil lawsuit against her was dismissed.
