One of two lawsuits filed against Shamus T Bones dismissed but without prejudice

I have been the only one to report on two lawsuits involving Shamus T Bones. One was filed in 2022 case; the other in 2023.

I often add updates to previous posts especially in civil cases where often there are just continuances and nothing significant to report. 

In CV2200044, Martha Gonzalez v Shamus and Chris Barry, the Case Management Conference scheduled for 9/30 was vacated. The case was dismissed without prejudice on 8/30/24. This means it can be refiled.

In CV2300087, Shamus T Bones and Chris Barry  who is represented by Ms. Megan Yarnall of Janssen Malloy is being sued by Jose Omar Sarabia Sanchez who is represented by Jean Hopkins Power. The CMC on 9/20/24 was continued to 12/16/24.
