Thank you Judge Cockrum for letting Analia Martinez know there are consequences for repeat behavior, multiple arrests and violation of court orders

Analia Martinez was arraigned on 10/8 for her latest arrest in CR2402981 which was filed on 10/8/24. The charge is Count 1 PC 273.6 (a) violating a court order. The Public Defender is also representing her on this 2024 case. Bail was set at $10,000 in this latest case. As of October 12, Martinez is still in custody. If you read my previous coverage, time will tell if her family and friends will bail her out and still continue to support her.




Trial confirmation in this case was scheduled for 10/23/24; jury trial on 10/28. Thank you Judge Kaleb Cockrum to deny supervised release. It is time Analia learns there are consequences for repeat behavior, multiple arrests and violations of court orders.

Martinez already has two 2023 cases. I don't know if dates will change but in those two cases, but previously  10/30 CR2303506, trial confirmation was scheduled on 10/30; jury trial on 11/12. CR2301505 is trailing her other 2023 case.

Her total bail is $70,000 for all three cases.

Martinez also had a hearing in her family law case on October 8. She was brought to court and asked for a continuance which was granted until 11/21. Martinez said in court she is filing an order regarding contempt in her family law case. Knowing how family law cases are and being familiar with Analia, it is probably some trivial nonsense and as I said in my last post, I am not following her family law case except when it is relevant to the three criminal cases and there is overlap.



The 2024 criminal complaint is brief but a source in the know told me, "the alleged violation was for Amber and Alex's restraining order, but it was the school who reported it and called the police."

The source told me "In court it was stated that Analia went to the school demanding to see their surveillance footage of when Amber and Alex brought the child to school and picked him up." Obviously Analia did something that made the school  call law enforcement. 

Keeping up with locals like Martinez who have multiple arrests and multiple cases is exhausting. I do it for Amber and Alex because I know what they are going through and law enforcement who have done a thankless job documenting and responding to numerous calls. I don't do it for  local lawyer Laurence Ross, who is also an alleged victim with a protective order and has not even had the decency to say thank you to me for my coverage and highlighting what the alleged victims have gone through. In my previous posts, you will see Amber and Alex thank me.  I do put in extra effort for the readers who have consistently supported me over 10 years and those who are respectful and value me. Amber and Alex are the type of readers who never demand anything. They understand without me saying anything why with a three day preliminary hearing and 20 or 30 plus cases, this post had to wait. 

The coverage on this blog is not just news; it is keeping the community informed of who they do business with, who they rent to and most of all so other people are aware and keep themselves safe. What choice does the public have when the legislators and criminal justice system fail them and laws keep restricting law enforcement's ability to do their job.

I am pretty sure HCSO will deny the request for her latest booking photo but I have an older booking photo which is not affected by the Houston v Maricopa ruling and that is the one used in this post.
