I posted this on my FB page, shared it on my blog and not in detail on other platforms because it is not necessary

This is a post I did on my Facebook page. The blog audience, the Facebook audience, other platforms are all different. There is an overlap of blog and Facebook readers. I have shared most of that post which is relevant to blog readers and followers.

There are a lot of new followers to the page daily. There are pinned posts that you should read which will help understand how the page works. I post summaries here, mostly brief. Live coverage sometimes. The best way to get details  is to go to my blog daily & regularly and read the complete post. The site address is in the about section of this page. On the blog is an email address for confidential news tips. I know most of my readers, even if I have not met all in person and most people are respectful. When you cover news in a small rural county and speak truth and call out decades of "power" who other media will not challenge or expose, you will ruffle feathers. Efforts to silence me, retaliate against me, financially cause me to struggle I have documented regularly on my blog. You know what all those few people don't have? The loyalty, the trust that I have with my readers and so many in the community that has resulted in wins for my readers, advertisers and candidates in elections. Media is constantly evolving and funding independent media has always been a challenge and I am grateful to my readers, advertisers and donors. The amount does not matter; that it may have been one time does not matter. I do this blog and I report because like you, I live in this community and I thank all of you, who have expressed to me what this blog and my reporting means to you.

Let the minority who will never look in the mirror or apologize how they have treated me continue to underestimate my support and fume in private. The rest of us can focus on what we are grateful for despite the challenges of living in a small, rural County and there is positive in Humboldt.

I don't have issues on other platforms, only the blog and Facebook and they are Humboldt specific.
