The week of July 14, Judge Kelly Neel will not be at Humboldt Superior Court. Judge Steven Steward and Judge Lawrence Killoran are also gone this week. Retired Judge Joyce Hinrichs and Visiting Judge Marjorie Carter will be filling in this week.
If two current Judges are away, there maybe a third Retired or Visiting Judge since Courtroom 2 always has a Visiting Judge due to a vacant judicial seat in Humboldt Superior Court.
On Monday, Retired Judge Christopher Wilson is still in Courtroom 2. Judge Carter is in Courtroom 5. Commissioner Sarah Kaber is in Courtroom 4 this morning; then calling her calendar this afternoon in Courtroom 8. Judge Hinrichs is in Courtroom 7. Judge Timothy Canning is back on Tuesday.
