HCSO issued a press release at 1:59 p.m. with more details about three arrests on the 1900 block of Elmwood in Mckinleyville this morning.
Didn't I say there would be at least one repeat offender without even seeing the press release.

I reported on a Brian Mitchell before. The age is a match. The Brian Mitchell I reported on lives in Mckinleyville. The 1900 block of Elmwood comes up in google searches for the same Brian Mitchell.
I confirmed the dob and it is the former Security National employee, former Humboldt Planning Commission member and former County Assessment Appeals Board member Brian Mitchell I reported previously. He had his domestic violence case dismissed. His bail is $50,000.
Brian Mitchell also filed two family law cases with two different individuals and they were dismissed because he failed to appear for the court hearing.
6/18/25: CR2501225B Mitchell charged in Count 2 with PC 496 (d) receiving a stolen vehicle.
