I already reported on this win for City of Eureka and Wiyot Tribe in May and June, the request to publish opinion was granted today

Since my last post, the only new information is that Mr. Gregory Holtz, formerly at Legal Services of Northern California in Humboldt and now in private practice in Sacramento, is also representing City of Eureka.
