This is the third time I have covered EPD's arrest of Michael Chaudier for failure to register as a sex offender

 

Michael John Chaudier was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 290.011(a), failure to register as a sex offender. 

I have reported on two previous arrests for Michael John Chaudier for failure to register as a sex offender. He knows nothing will happen to him in Humboldt. In other parts of California, there are consequences for these convicted sex offenders.

If I reported on every repeat offender I see arrested again on the daily jail log, I would have no time to report other news.
