Mr. Allan Dollison is a retired Army Colonel. He has been a lawyer for 29 years and currently in private practice in Los Angeles. Many readers know him as a former Humboldt County Deputy District Attorney and private attorney.
He is a regular op-ed contributor in the Los Angeles based legal publication Daily Journal.
