Mervin Lewis George III was arrested on May 12 by HCSO on a Ramey warrant for PC 243.4(e)(1) domestic battery. He posted bond.

The DA filed a complaint today with one count for a different penal code. George III is charged with PC 243.4 (e) (1) sexual battery. Arraignment is on 6/23.
George III had been calling around for private attorneys. Let's see who shows up at arraignment.
