Magan Natha sued again, Eileen Weiner files lawsuit against Town House Motel LLC

I was wondering why Magan Natha was at the courthouse lately checking the public computer system. Now I know. Eileen Cheryl Weiner has filed a lawsuit against Town House Motel LLC. There was a Case Management Conference on 6/2. Trial setting is scheduled for 9/12. Weiner has hired a L.A. law firm. A google search shows a Eileen Cheryl Weiner from L.A. Natha has hired a Pleasanton law firm. 

Magan Natha owns at least these three properties in Eureka: Town House Motel, Super 8, the former Quality Inn which was changed Bayside Inn and now is a Ramada.

I already covered one lawsuit and it was involved the Town House Motel but was filed against Eureka Townhouse Hospitality and it settled.

I cannot keep up with the several different businesses Magan Natha owns and the name changes and different LLCs or companies associated with properties. He has a son Alpesh Natha who I know used  to manage the Quality Inn and is listed as such in the Humboldt Lodging Alliance.

There is not much information in the documents filed. It is a civil limited tort case. Weiner is alleging general negligence; wage loss, hospital and medical expenses are just two of the alleged losses claimed. Town House Motel LLC is denying without specifics. I have included Weiner's complaint, screenshot listing parties and attorneys and 6/2 court minutes.

9/12/25: Trial assignment on 10/16/26; jury trial on 10/19/26.
